No proof COVID vaccines can trigger Guillain-Barré syndrome

(HealthDay)—Two people in the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine trial developed Guillain-Barré syndrome, but it’s highly doubtful the vaccine is to blame, according to a just-published case study.
